Prickly Pear, also known as Cactus Fruit (or 'Tuna' in Spanish) has shown increased demand as an ingredient within the 'all natural food and beverage' markets.  Our suppliers select the finest cactus fruits and then create simple 100% natural prickly pear purees. Prickly pear puree can be provided with or without seeds.
