Our food and beverage ingredient products are frozen fresh to retain the highest standards of taste, color, sweetness and texture. This process also captures the fresh-picked appearance and taste your customers demand. Freshly frozen allows us to select products at their optimal maturity and ripeness - providing greater opportunity to match your product-specific criteria, such as ideal flavor, firmness and brix.

 

Our rigorous processing specifications conform to all the required USDA, FDA - FSMA, and GFSI certifications. Our organic products are certified by Oregon Tilth or others USDA recognized certifiers. None of our products will ever include overly-processed additives such as high fructose corn syrup, GMO's, or preservatives. Nor will they have been subject to harsh chemicals at any point in growing or processing.

 

We do this to provide high quality whole fruits and vegetables, plus purees, simple, sugar packs and concentrates with great tastes and the highest fruit and vegetable content for your ingredients.
